I haven't updated in forever because I spend all my free time updating my fitness blog, but I hope to catch up with people in 2009 once (IF!) life slows down. Work, school and working out are keeping me really busy and I don't really go out anymore (or hang out anywhere beyond a 5 mile radius from my house), so if you haven't heard/from or seen me in a while, it's not personal! I'm selling a barely used bar and weight set. Included are: - (1) 25lb chrome weight bar. - (2) 25lb weight plates. - (2) 10lb weight plates. - (2) 5lb weight plates. - (2) spring collars. Does anyone's office have a cappuccino machine? If so, do you know what kind it is? My boss sent me an email asking me to research this for our office based on the requirements that the machine is "one that dispenses steamed milk, NOT one that has a steamer. You need to be able to press a button that says cappuccino and get a cappuccino, no extra work required." I love Cappuccino, but I've only ever gotten them from Quick Chek or Wawa. I put a call into our coffee vendor, who is going to get back to me with options for rentals, but I'd like to have some additional options for Cláudia to review on a product we can purchase. THE FINAL EPISODES. APRIL 8. 9PM.Even if the last few seasons weren't as good, you have to admit that things like Johnny's imprisonment and the whacking of Adrianna and Vito's secret homosexual lifestyle threw interesting twists into the storyline. I know it's a frustrating show to become engaged in and they have a tendency of not always finishing a storyline [whatever happened to Melfi's rapist or the guy in the Pine Barrons that Christopher and Paulie were supposed to get rid of?], it's hard not to watch the conclusion. So excited and yet, somewhat saddened.
